What if you could live the life you’ve always dreamed of

and truly ‘show up, be brave and be seen’™ for who you really are and what you have to offer the world?
Want to show up more authentically, both professionally and personally; manage the fear of not feeling enough and live a life of freedom and courage?

Join The Daring Way™

The Daring Way™ experiential educational methodology is based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown.

During the process we explore topics such as

  • Perfectionism,
  • Authenticity,
  • Vulnerability,
  • Courage,
  • Shame,
  • Worthiness,
  • Boundaries

We will look at what holds us back from truly showing up, being brave, asking for what we want, setting the boundaries we need to thrive and being seen in all areas of our lives.

We’ll examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviours that are holding us back and we’ll identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living.

The primary focus is on developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead. The method was designed for work with individuals, couples, families, work teams, and organizational leaders.

During The Daring Way™ workshop series you will learn how to apply Dr. Brené Brown’s insights and research findings into your day-to-day life. You choose the area you want to improve and develop, and through a process of sharing, learning and exploring you will find powerful and transforming new ways to show up wholeheartedly in your life.
